wow Lynn. I'm jealous! I have sooo been wanting to spend a couple or 10 days at the park. It's a big world there. My chicklet was born in the UC hospital overlooking the park, I was at the park during the "Summer of Love" ;) And, my mom and her cousins and sibs used to hike out over the dunes south of the park before the Sunset district was built up. It's just great. Oh, nice pictures! lol (from, the jealous one)
I am late to see this because of blotanical's being on and off and also my working long hours lately, but it was worth waiting to see! I love, love, love, that stone bridge. I will have to visit this park one day, and I may get to since my son will be moving to the bay area this summer.

Isn't the park fabulous? I still can't believe it was all sand dunes when they started.

ReplyDeleteI expect a lot of those Canada geese will be headed my way in a couple of months. The stone bridge with the irises in the foreground is sublime.
